After a course-altering realization that the consumer segment with the most influence and buying power in America was largely underestimated by and underrepresented in advertising, Kat Gordon pivoted her focus from a successful career in advertising to a successful career diversifying advertising. Since starting the 3% Conference in 2012, she’s branched those efforts into a multi-layered approach aptly dubbed the 3% Movement.
